Mother's Room:

A dedicated room (Freesia) for nursing mothers can be located on the first floor of the JW Marriott.

Keep Hydrated!

Stay hydrated and eco-friendly at ISHI with our water bottles, designed for convenient refilling at our strategically placed water stations.

Meal Information:

Meals included with standard registration fees are:

  • Tuesday – Wednesday: Breakfast (7:30-9:00am) and Lunch (timing varies)
  • Thursday – Breakfast

 

Meals will be located in the Exhibit Hall.

Workshop Meals:

Included meals provided with workshops will be available outside of the workshop room with the exception of lunch for Monday workshops, which will be located on Event Lawn 1. In the event of inclement weather, lunch will be served in Grand Oaks Ballroom G-M.

Transportation from Marriott Courtyard Stone Oak Hotel

Transportation will be provided from the overflow hotel and the Courtyard Stone Oak Hotel to/from the JW Marriott Resort. Please note that transportation is only for those guests staying at the Courtyard.

Networking Events

Welcome Reception:

The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, September 23rd from 5:30-7:00pm on Event Lawn 1. Two drink tickets are included with your conference materials. A conference badge is required to enter and can be picked up from the Information Desk until 6:00pm. Attire is casual.

Wednesday Night Dinner Event at Knibbe Ranch:

Immerse yourself in the thrill of a working ranch experience at Knibbe Ranch, featuring a live rodeo, up-close encounters with live animals, and a true Texas dinner – an unforgettable evening of activities and dining. Please note: unlike previous years, attendance for the Wednesday night dinner event at the Knibbe Ranch is by pre-registration only for a cost of $25. Secure your participation by adding it to your registration at the Information Desk and don’t forget that your badge is required to gain entry to the event.

Guest Passes for the Knibbe Ranch Event:

Guest passes are available to purchase for Knibbe Ranch off-site event on Wednesday evening for a cost of $200 per pass. Guest passes can be purchased and picked up at the Information Desk until Wednesday at 4:00pm. All who wish to attend are required to wear their conference badge to be admitted to the event.

Exhibitor Assistance:

For questions regarding lead retrieval, visit the Cvent booth in the Nelson Wolff Exhibit Hall. Freeman can also be located in the exhibit hall and can assist with questions regarding booth set-up and shipping. Please contact Claire Brauer (920)493-5646) if you require additional assistance.

Poster Questions:

Posters can be set up during regular exhibit hall hours beginning on Tuesday at 7:15am. Odd numbered posters will be presented on Tuesday, September 24th from 3:30-5:30pm and even numbered posters will be presented on Wednesday, September 25th from 2:41-4:45pm. To locate your poster number, download the Cvent Events app and search for “ISHI 35”.

T-Shirt Booth Info:

Conference t-shirts can be picked up in the Exhibit Hall  during exhibit hours Tuesday-Thursday. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed and are first come, first served. Your t-shirt coupon can be found in your conference materials and must be redeemed to receive a shirt. One shirt per person.
